ADVANCE LEVEL
FREE SURF SESSION
If you are ready to take your surfing to the next level, and want to exceed on barrels, aerials, tail slide, progressive maneuvers, this coaching will take you there. We will analyze your videos and we will provide exercises to improve your technique and also we will show you how to take advantage of the board to perform properly the maneuvers.
COMPETITIVE SESSION
If you are a competitive surfer and you just need that extra push to switch your mindset to positive mood to get winning attitude at each heat, we designed a full competitive program for you to increase your confidence in the water
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
FREE SURF SESSION
If you already surf and doing bottom turn, cutback and snaps this coaching will help you to improve.
You will learn:
- Warmup
- Posture correction for each type of maneuver
- Wave selection
- Exercises focus on specific maneuver
- Surfboards choices feedback
- Fins selection
- Stretching
BEGINNER LEVEL

You will be warming up, going to surf for an hour, while we video you. After that, we will review your video and give you feedback in several aspect of your surfing. You will keep the videos!
